Il n'en faut pas beaucoup pour créer un objet attrape l’œil dans son intérieur. De l'originalité, de l'inattendu, une touche de 'naturel' et surtout de la simplicité. L'idée brillante d'un cache-pot en cuir n’est peut-être pas compliqué, bien au contraire, mais il fallait y penser.
C'est l'atelier-boutique Bison à Paris, notamment Catherine Dupon sa nouvelle directrice créative, qui a su faire rentrer la matière noble qui est le cuir, dans la décoration de maison de cette façon complètement inattendue. C'est beau, c'est original et c'est pour ça que je vous en parle !
It does not take much to create an eyecatcher in your interior. Originality, a bit of the unexpected, a touch of 'natural' and above all simplicity. The brilliant idea of a leather plant container is perhaps not complicated, quite the contrary, but someone had to think of it.
It's the atelier-boutique Bison in Paris, and especially Catherine Dupon it's new creative director, who has managed to bring the noble material that is leather, in interior decorating in this completely unexpected way. It's beautiful, it's original and that's why I'll show you!
C'est aussi grâce à Catherine Dupon, qui j'ai le plaisir de connaître depuis presque trois ans et qui était créatrice de Pollypapier, que j'ai pu découvrir ces jolis cache-pots en cuir. C'est elle qui les a designés et qui les a photographiés et publiés, que sur les réseaux sociaux pour l'instant. Elle est depuis deux ans la directrice chez Bison.
Avec ses origines à Paris en 1983, Bison est une entreprise artisanale spécialisée dans le vêtement de cuir. Une nouvelle équipe issue de l’industrie du luxe et de la mode haut de gamme a repris les rênes récemment pour continuer son savoir-faire et même avancer plus dans le monde de la mode parisienne.
Ici, comme souvent ailleurs aussi, les mondes de la mode et de la décoration intérieure se croisent, et je trouve ça génial. Le cuir se dévoile être une matière avec une infinité de possibilités et par conséquent, avec la tendance du retour vers les matières nobles et naturelles, on peut certainement s'attendre à être surpris encore quelques fois, par le cuir .
It was also thanks to Catherine Dupon, whom I've had the pleasure of knowing for almost three years and who was also founder of Pollypapier, that I was able to discover these great leather planters. She actually designed them and showed them, on social media only for now. She's been the director at Bison Paris for two years.
With its origins in Paris, in 1983, Bison is an artisan company that specializes in leather clothing. A new team from the luxury and high-end fashion industry has taken over the company recently to continue its know-how and even to get further ahead in the fashion world of Paris.
Here, as very often elsewhere as well, the worlds of fashion and interior decoration intersect and I think that's great. Leather unveils to be a material with infinite possibilities and therefore, with the trend of returning to the noble and natural materials, we can certainly expect to be surprised several times more by leather . . .
