Cleo Scheulderman studied fashion, but it was already during an internship in her final year that she discovered the work of interior styling and she decided that that was what she wanted to do. She worked for several magazines before she started 9 years ago at vtwonen.

Scheulderman est formée dans la mode, mais c'était déjà
pendant un stage en dernière année d'étude qu'elle découvrait le travail
de styliste d'intérieur et qu'elle décidait que c'était ce qu'elle
voulait faire. Elle a travaillé pour plusieurs magazines différents avant d'atterrir chez vtwonen il y a neuf ans.

She is someone who especially loves basic colors like white, gray and beige and natural materials such as linen, wood and wool. But when she has to work with colors or with a theme for an article, she has a real talent to find ideas and elements to reflect a trend or atmosphere, as for example the color blue in the picture below.
Elle est quelqu'un qui aime surtout les couleurs neutres comme le blanc, le gris et le beige et les matériaux naturels comme le lin, le bois et la laine. Mais quand il faut travailler avec de la couleur ou avec un thème pour un reportage, elle arrive très bien à réunir les idées et objets pour traduire une tendance ou ambiance, comme par exemple le bleu dans la photo ci-dessous.

In my opinion she is a real all-round stylist and somehow she's capable of making something dreamy out of very little. I don't know how else to put it, but the results of her work are so beautifully staged yet so natural. Every photo tells a little story but also represents an atmosphere that looks very random yet alluring.
The photo below is from the vtwonen of last november and I'm sure it went around the world and back through all social media and Pinterest.

It's fantastic, it tells its' story and it still looks very real.
Je trouve qu'elle est un styliste de multiple talents et d'une façon inexplicable elle arrive à créer des choses de rêves avec très peu. Je ne sais pas comment le dire autrement, mais les résultats de son travail ont toujours une mise en scène très belle et sont pourtant si naturel. Chaque photo raconte une petite histoire, mais représente également une ambiance qui semble aléatoire pourtant très séduisante.
La photo ci-dessous est du vtwonen de novembre dernier et je suis sûre qu'il a fait le tour du monde à travers les réseaux sociaux et Pinterest.
Qui ne voudrait pas avoir une chambre comme ça?
Elle est magnifique, raconte son histoire mais elle semble quand même très réelle.
